GETTING YOUR NEW WIG CONSTRUCTED BY JACE SEAMSTRESS EXPRESS IS EASY!
STEP 1: Pay for your services.
STEP 2: Within 48 hours, receive an email with your measurement guide, instructions on how to prep your hair to send in, and your pre-paid shipping label to send in your hair materials (for US customers only).
STEP 3: Once we receive your package and all materials are present, it only takes 10 business days for your wig to be made! Then, your gorgeous finished wig ships back out to you!
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE PURCHASING BUNDLES THAT HAVE A PRODUCTION TIME ALONG WITH THE SEAMSTRESS SERVICE, YOUR UNIT WILL BEGIN CONSTRUCTION AFTER YOUR BUNDLES ARE READY.
CONSTRUCTION
Your wig will be constructed on a professional grade comfort wig cap, with breathable mesh panels, and an adjustable strap in the back for fitting.
Cap colors and sizes options are above.
HAIR MATERIAL GUIDELINES
Hair must be freshly washed and dried.
Weft segments shorter than 7" across will not be accepted.
Ripped or torn closures/frontals will not be accepted.
Hair re-wefting is not included in this service.
HAIR LIMITS FOR WIG CONSTRUCTION
CLOSURE WIGS
3 - 3.5 bundles (12.25oz), plus closure is the max allowable hair limit. Additional charges apply for more hair.
FRONTAL WIGS
3 bundles plus frontal is the max allowable hair limit. Additional charges apply for more hair.
UPCHARGES:
Add-on: Heavy Density (4-6 bundles): +$35 Add-on: Flip-over construction: +$30 (includes weft reinforcement) Wig take-down service: Machine wefted wig +$85 Wig/weft washing for incoming items from customer: +$15
